Hmm, is a single point a border? All the definitions I just checked suggest a border is a line.

Utah does not border New Mexico, there is a 4 corner "intersection" between NM, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. According to every sight I just checked, you cannot drive from Utah to NM without crossing into Colorado or Arizona. Since UT and NM are on opposing sides they geographically don't border
