LOTR Characters' Many Names

Many of Tolkien's characters have more than one name, if not several others. Can you recall them all? Don't think too hard! Some of them are simply nicknames. Does not include place titles such as "King of Gondor", etc. Everyone is from somewhere, and I'm not testing your Middle Earth geography. Someone else already made that quiz.

Not easy! And I've read all relevant materials many times...

I could take out some of the more obscure ones if they end up being too hard to get. While I knew a lot of them myself, having also read said relevant materials, I'll admit I looked up a complete list to make sure I didn't miss any, and saw some I had forgotten about/didn't recall.

What about what Faramir calls Sauron, He who we shall not name, and simply he, in the forest by Mordor.

I think perhaps I will edit it, then. I can always add some back in if (Heaven forbid) I make it too easy! :) Also, I very much like your name.

Maybe add mortal men for Nazghuls as that is what they are called in the poem.

Tough one, especially when Dunedain (dunedan) is misspelled.
