for the suspension of positivity question, 'downer', 'mood killer' or even 'party pooper' seem like they would be good answers.

The actual answer i think, applies to something beyond mere positivity and more like euphoria.

Wouldn't the much more common "Nip slip" work as an answer for the rather dated "Wardrobe malfunction"?

One of the dictionary sites says that Nip slip was first used in 2002 and fits the definition perfectly.

Really liked the first two quizzes in this series.

i would agree with you-i tried nipslip first as it fits the clue better-

the "Wardrobe malfunction" phrase was very specific to the Janet Jackson superbowl incident.

You might consider "crowdsourcing" as an answer for "crowdfunding"
