Go to Step 4, then click ''SVG Options'' then go to the top right of the SVG and Change the Missing Dots from Yes to No.

I was surprised by the amount of countries as well, many of the Mediterranean countries are modern day locations, which at the time were in the Roman Empire.

I’ll have to look into that, I used Wikipedia’s article on this subject as my source and at the time they didn’t list an Austrian pope.
