Biggest Regions in Europe by Population

Can you name all the subnational entities in Europe with a population greater than 5 million?
Regions belonging to NUTS 2, the second level of statistical region according to the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics (NUTS).
Exceptions to the above are the Federal Republic of Germany and the Russian Federation. This exception is made on the basis that in certain cases, NUTS 1 regions are better suited for the purposes of this quiz.
