Lots of fun. Like many, when the quiz isn't for points I'll quit as soon as I'm even a little frustrated. I finished with 1:30 left even though I was a little frustrated trying to think of some answers! I'm nominating.

"Divisions within organisations" suggests something like subsection, subdivision, unit, branch, wing; office, bureau, ministry...

"Schism" is more about conflict, so maybe the clue should reflect that, like "Rifts within organizations".
