Could you change the answers for both the Congos to either their full names or their abbreviations? Because it seems like almost nobody gets it correct because of the way you formulated the answers.
You say no hints, however you list the countries in the order that they appear on a normal map; from top to bottom, continent to continent, starting with the united states and ending with southern africa. Maybe randomize it so it isnt so easy to just look at the speciifc area you are missing and know which countries are there?
Would definitely prefer to see answers given in randomized order. Too easy to figure out what's missing if in alphabetical order or in a logical order like is given here. Also, not sure what's going on with DRC and the Republic of the Congo. It looks like all the other answers are given in their standard way, with at least the type-ins that I use accepted, except for this one, which at least wouldn't accept DRC (though it took 'Congo' for both).
Is there a reason the United Arab Emirates isn't accepted as an answer? I tried every possible spelling I could come up with only to find out it was UAE?
excellent! The regular countries quiz is still awesome, but this is a real challenge. Took me 3 times to get em all; finally did, but really have to concentrate. I do one continent at a time, usually 3-5 countries in a "group" that I've established.
Have also done it alphabetically, but for that you have to know how many countries there are for each letter. Much easier I think to do it by continent, and just group 3 or 4 countries together, such as the horn of Africa, or Asian islands, or the 7 "Stans".
Finally reached level 15 and was able to comment this
Is it just me or does anyone keep forgetting the philippines and taiwan? oceania in general is difficult because there's no specific shape to memorize :(
coming from twelve year old. you guys can do it, geography is so fun once you give it a chance! especially capitals, you think it would be so hard but i memorized europe in 10 and asia in 25
Good god that took a while. Always between one and three missing, always really obvious ones (I even forgot my home country once). Finally 196/196, after frantically typing in everything again at 195/196, with a few seconds left I found out I forgot Ethiopia.
But somehow, I managed to forget Mali and Mauritania. Took me like 30 second to figure out in the end.
