Amazing quiz as usual! Only got 201/250 so I still have a lot to learn, mostly with the nature areas and mountains. Only recommendation would be adding Seville as a type-in for Sevilla.
As you say mar Cantábrico is the translation for Cantabrian Sea which is not the same as Bay of Biscay. There is the name Golfo de Vizcaya however. My source here is Wikipedia so let me know if you have one that suggests otherwise.
What a piece of work! It could almost be broken up into three or four quizzes. Small point: Brussels and Luxembourg are in the cities category rather than capitals.
Small point but you've highlighted Lewis & Harris and given the answer as Isle of Lewis, which is only the northern part and isn't actually an isle in itself.
I like the quiz very much but some things are rather hard to spot on the map. Could you add a highlight funcition, circles around small things or maybe just increase the size of the needles for cities?
Added Seville
Two small things: the island's name is Oléron and maybe make Lough Neagh an answer as it is already blue?
Cheers
Like Isle of Man or Wight I kept the full name. Just in the original language in this case.
Just a couple things:
- Cantabrian Sea should be accepted for Bay of Biscay, since that is how it is referred to in Spanish (Mar Cantábrico)
- Duero (the Spanish name) should be accepted for Douro (the Portuguese name)
-(Lac) Léman should be accepted for Lake Geneva
Added Leman and Duero.
