This list is in no way correct. How can New York City be higher ranked than say Bujumbura. I haven't heard of any cases of famine in New York, have you? In a lot of African cities children starve to death, sorry to burst your bubble. Is a high rent really worse than having no access to medication? How can it be that high income cities like Paris, Rome, Milan and San Francisco are on this list, but not places like Raqqa, where, on going there, your life expectancy immediately plummets to a global low? There are also places on earth, where the rent is of no concern to people, because it is so unfathomably expensive to them, given their slave-like employment situation, that they have never slept other than on the street (eg. rickshaw drivers in Kolkata).
