Countries of Europe by Top-Level Domain

Can you identify every country / territory in Europe by its top-level domain (country-code top-level domain (ccTLD)? For example: The ccTLD for the United States is .us
A country code top-level domain (ccTLD) is an Internet top-level domain generally used or reserved for a country, sovereign state, or dependent territory identified with a country code. All ASCII ccTLD identifiers are two letters long, and all two-letter top-level domains are ccTLDs. Domains are maintained and assigned by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA).
Aside from sovereign countries and sovereign states, this list includes certain dependent territories with an existing and valid ccTLD.
Includes a supranational entity (in blue).
