I think Karelian should be accepted if Finnish is

Yeah I tried Karelian but not Finnish. Didn't even know Finnish was a minority language in the USSR.

Maybe add Chuvash and Tuvan both minority languages in Russia. Also Gagauz its a minority language in Moldova.
