I'm guessing you used Google translate or something similar for these translations, which is not ideal. As far as I know, "Bangou" in Japanese means number, "no" is "iie" (いいえ). Also I don't remember much Latin from high school, but "etiam" and "nihil" mean "also" and "nothing" respectively. The Romans preferred repeating the question with an affermative or negative declination, so clear direct translations for "yes" and "no" are hard to find.

I've looked it up on my old paper dictionary and possible translations would be "ita" for yes and "mĭnĭmē" for no, but these translations would also be quite makeshift, as those words have other meanings that come up way more frequently. Frankly I would just get rid of Latin and replace it with another language

Being a native Bengali living in bengal, I'm 1000000% sure that we don't say that whatever you have written for yes. We say হ্যাঁ which is pronounced as hā
