I think in each line there is at least one language which makes it fairly easy, at least for an English speaker. You could potentially have a harder version where you choose the option which is most dissimilar to English. Swedish horses going "gneg gneg", Russian dogs going "gav", etc. etc.
By the way, I suspect "blaf" is the Dutch for "bark", not "woof". In Afrikaans at least, "blaf" means "bark", but "woof" is simply "woef". Pretty easy to guess though!
