Bordering Countries of a Country's North Border

Promise me to NOT GET PERPLEXED: I will give you a country. Now think of that country that borders the given country to the north, and the countries that border that country. Here's an example: If I were to do, say, Mongolia, you would have to think of Mongolia's north border: Russia. Now name all the countries Russia borders. It should be simple enough.
