There is more than one de-facto language in China. There is Mandarin, Cantonese, Wu etc.

The way it goes is like this: I will do the country's OFFICIAL language, but if they don't have one, I'll do their de facto one. China has an official language, Mandarin, so I don't need to do the de facto ones. However, Uruguay for example, has no official language but the de facto language of Spanish. That's how it works.
