Simply identify the story by its name in the country where it is (either mostly or partly) set.
Some of these might be in languages no longer used in the relevant places; when the story happens is also a factor!
Languages where the story title would not change (mostly those named after fictional concepts) are not included for those stories.
A certain episode has been ignored due to irreconcilable inconsistencies in its location.

I will freely admit this is more an "I found the idea interesting and went with it"-type quiz than an "I think people do well on it"- or "I think this will be popular"-types.

But hey, that's just the way these things are sometimes! 🤣

This is a good quiz. I didn't exactly do very well but it was fun to see what I could get. Also I loved the clue for the episode Smile (especially as it's one of my favourites!)

Fun idea!

Nit-pick alert... "can you hear me" should probably be

"هل تستطيع أن تسمعني"

otherwise it's "can you" in the sense of "is it convenient for you to hear me?", like "can you come to the pub this evening?"

Not that it really matters, I enjoyed it, thanks :-)

Thanks! I’ve made the fix you suggested. (Most of them are just from Google Translate, as I only know Chinese, French and Spanish myself, so there could be other similar errors somewhere!)

Yes, but the episode was stated to be in a time when "Humans all speak one language by this point. A bit like Cantonese.", hence the use of traditional Chinese for that episode in this quiz.
