The Series 3 finale is three episodes long, so the first part qualifying for this list is undone by the other two not.
Shada is not included because the logical best fit (between CYHM and Flux, when it was finally completed) would get complaints at being "out-of-sequence".
The quiz will always be up-to-date by *announcements*, so may occasionally contain spoilers for future episode titles.
I did consider putting Shada, but which year should I assign it? 1980 (when it would’ve been shown)? 1992 (the VHS release)? 2017 (the omnibus animation I’ll never watch)? 2021 (the BD “definitive version”)? 🤷♂️
Actually, it isn’t. UK DVD releases do not include a story number; that’s just the US one.
Also, the official line is that Planet of the Dead is the 200th story, which is not possible if Shada is counted as the 109th (which it would be if it had been shown originally).
Extremis is listed as Story #270 with no letter, while The Pyramid at the End of the World is 271. That makes it a standalone episode, as opposed to Bad Wolf/The Parting of the Ways (166a and 166b) or World Enough and Time/The Doctor Falls (275a and 275b).
I did try and update the quiz for Extremis before spotlighting it, but it hasn’t gone through the JP system yet, unfortunately.
(The others won’t be changed, though, both because they don’t interfere with the answers, and also because the way they are is proper Title Case [and how can you tell how they “should be” capitalised when it’s written in block capitals in the title sequence?].)

Turn Left, Twice Upon a Time, and It Takes You Away should be capitalized. Those are the official spellings.
