I can't find any maps that suggest this and unfortunately my source is deleted. Since there was an invasion on Poland by the Mongols, I assume you're correct, but I don't have enough data to be sure.
The first Mongol invasion into Europe to reach anything that might be considered near Poland was Batu Khan's attack of Pereyaslav in 1239, and their last stand was the recapture of Moldavia by the Hungarians in 1345.
The Mongols and/or Golden Horde were long gone and had completely abandoned any designs on Europe by 1635, when this quiz starts.
