Countries With High-Elevation Settlements

The largest high-elevation city by population for each country is given. Google Maps' city names are used.

For one country, the most populated city listed does not seem to exist and the second is used. For another, two cities are listed with populations of 0, and the one that actually seems to exist is used. For a third, the most populated "city" is actually an uninhabited mountain peak, so the second is used. For Uganda, a city is listed, but it doesn't seem to exist and its coordinates are in the D.R. Congo.
