Same as for the WW1 flags quiz, the flag of Japan is the naval ensign (and still is to this day), the flag of the country was actually the same as currently.
The naval ensign was used much more in Allies propaganda since the war against Japan was at sea so it was the only flag seen, and using it as a placeholder instead of the real flag made a visual contrast with peacetime Japan.
Any chance of accepting "Manchuria" as a type-in for "Manchukuo"? I know it's not the technically correct term, but is pretty widely understood by that name in English-speaking countries.
I was about 75% sure that was the right one, but when "Manchuria" didn't work, figured I was wrong. (Admittedly, I did also try the misspelled "Manchuoko" which also didn't work, and actually gave up at that point - that part's on me.)
I don't think you need to clarify that you don't support hate when the truth is you never said you did. Nobody who made Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark felt the need to clarify despite the movie featuring Nazis and their flags in the movie so why should you? Don't get swept up in over sensitivity.
Why, its literally their flag, this platform doesnt follow family friendly laws (even though i see swazi symbols all over the elementary school playground)
