Wouldn't Indepedence be a better answer for the question about the inn Lorelai runs because she runs both inns but owns the dragonfly?

Jess' mum was not insane. He was sent to live with Luke because his mum couldn't cope with his behaviour.

Lorelai runs both the Independence AND Dragonfly Inn

And Jess is Luke's Nephew so the question should be flipped so Luke would be Jess' Uncle
