Pokemon Currently Untiered [Pointless]

We’re looking for the names of any Pokemon that’s currently rated as Untiered for use in the Sword and Shield metagame by Smogon. Untiered in this case is defined by Smogon to be all Pokémon that are not OU, UU, RU, NU, PU, NFE or Little Cup by usage and are not banned to Ubers, UUBL, RUBL, NUBL, or PUBL. With any regional or type-based variants or forms, we need the full name of the Pokemon’s form, including the region or type. If you have any complaints, take it up with Smogon. They’ll definitely listen.
