The Cubs' 31 is retired on behalf of Greg Maddux as well as Fergie Jenkins. It looks like it only accepts Jenkins. This is an awesome quiz, and thanks for the update!

I don't know if the Blue Jays have fully un-retired Alomar's number, but he's been taken off the Level of Excellence, and all his banners have come down following the findings of MLB regarding some very serious misconduct allegations.
