Might want to check your Yankee numbers. You have Ruth at 2 Gehrig at 3 and Dimaggio at 4, missing Jeter.

Was just gonna comment that here.

2 is Jeter

3 is Ruth

4 is Gehrig

5 is Dimaggio

Also for Cubs

Greg Maddux is also number 31 as well. Both him and Jenkins had 31 and both are retired.

great quiz nonetheless!

Dang, had to reset the stats to add Jeter. I suppose a mistake was inevitable on a huge quiz like this.

The Cubs' 31 is retired on behalf of Greg Maddux as well as Fergie Jenkins. It looks like it only accepts Jenkins. This is an awesome quiz, and thanks for the update!

I believe the Rays retired #66 rather than #26 in honor of Don Zimmer's 66 years in baseball.

I don't know if the Blue Jays have fully un-retired Alomar's number, but he's been taken off the Level of Excellence, and all his banners have come down following the findings of MLB regarding some very serious misconduct allegations.

Feel like some names that are accepted could be a little stricter. I managed to guess 42 correctly by going through a common american surnames, as an aussie who has never watched baseball.
