Great quiz! East Turkestan looks like the Uyghurs ethnic group, which I believe also seeks independence, so perhaps that could be accepted. Confederacy should be accepted for Confederate. Also, the answer box's caption is in Italian.
Is there a reason the dot in Australia is red instead of yellow?
Loved the quiz, it was thorough and the map was an amazing addition. I do think it was strange how some countries were excluded because they are now entirely occupied; I would keep them as partially occupying at least some of the territory as you did with some regions here.
It's a pretty nice quiz but it would really benefit for more time (as other have already stated) as you need 15 of the 20 minutes or so just to type in the regular countries and have then very little time left to think about and type in the independence movements. 30-40 minutes seem appopriate as more time wont help you to guess an obscure African independence movement you dont know anyway and this quiz should really be more about knowledge and thinking rather than a race against time.
And if possible the "Show missing countries/Independence movements" with dots would be very helpfull as you cant see Aruba etc at all
Great idea but there needs to be some type ins. For example - Wallonia should be accepted along with Wallon Republic. Or accept Friesland or Fryslan along with Frisia.

Nominated, of course.
