Agreed, the official flag carries no coat of arms. This is the Plurinational National State of Bolivia variant.

Got all of them pretty quickly until the last one; I just kept guessing Latin American countries until I got to the correct one. I wasn't used to seeing this flag with the coat of arms on it.

There isn't my liege, it's actually a Phrygian cap. Symbol of liberty and found on many Latin American coats of arms, e.g. those of Argentina, Cuba & Colombia.

It seems inconsistent to use this version of Bolivia's flag when other quizzes on this website, including “All Country Flags of the World” use the version without the coat of arms.
