There's only one way and it's Nordic (Nordic Countries). Scandinavia is only a peninsula and it's Sweden, Denmark, and Norway since we share a lot of culture and our languages are basically one big language with big variations. Finland and Iceland are different but still close, hence Nordic.
So this probably isn't going to get a positive response, but technically you could call Norway, Sweden, and Finland as "Fennoscandia," or "Fenno-Scandinavia."
Good quiz, much harder than the previous ones in the series, I only got 9/17 - glad to get the Spanish city one easily though!
I think the Northern European countries question is confusing though. The UK, Ireland and even the Baltic countries would generally be considered "Northern European countries" too, not just the Nordic countries
