Accept Duero for Douro maybe? It's its Spanish name, and since the river flows through Spain it seems logical for me. It's not like the Tagus after all, for which the English language provides a name on its own as opposed to the Spanish “Tajo” and Portuguese “Tejo”.
Dnipropetrovsk is marked as a city but is in fact the region (oblast), of which the administrative centre is the city Dnipro, which was called Dnipropetrovsk from 1926 to 2016.
