Great idea for a quiz. I don't understand the ordering of the answers though. Can they be put in alphabetical order, or under type (e.g. region, city, etc).
You could also say "why not the Aegean Sea, or the Appalachian Mountains, or Andorra, or Armenia, or Azerbaijan, or Austria, or Antigua," or any number of other places. The quiz is perfectly fine as is, with a good mix of easy and harder answers.
I don't want to sound demanding, but this is one of my favourite series on here so I have to ask: Are you planning on making these for the remaining letters, too?
Great quiz with much variety (city, country, mountain range, etc...). Would you please consider accepting"Amour" for Amur river. I tried desperately and missed the proper spelling. After all the French do speak best about matters of LOVE :-)
Very creative quiz! A good one! May I suggest getting a bit more into every letter? Albany, NY, Aguascalientes, México, Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan...
This is the nicest thread I ve read so far. (Well dont know if the thread is nice ;) but the comments are quite positive and no snide remarks! A breath of fresh air :) )
Moi aussi. I know you've been partly resisting changing Astana to Nur-Sultan, but then you should change all references to Tokyo back to Edo, since it was forcibly renamed by a dictator! :)
Great quiz! But just one thing though, the map is covering the advertisements for the non-premium members. You might want to adjust the width of the quiz.
Got Amur, only because I did a project on Amur Leopards in 6th grade. And I was always like "weird. leopards in Russia?" then I learned later that year, that uh, there are plenty of tigers in Siberia
Skimming the comments, it looks like I'm the only one who didn't realize that white was mountains... I thought it was just a region, like Andalusia or something. I couldn't figure out for the life of me what region was right where the Alps were...
Took the quiz again and I spent a good 30 seconds trying to figure out why Aegean wasn't being accepted. Only when I zoomed in did I notice it was asking for a city not a body of water.
Astana has recently changed its name though to Nur-Sultan, and it might be better to use Almaty on this quiz instead?
