Geography Answer Chain Quiz #2

In this quiz, each clue is based off of the previous answer. For example, I could ask for the most populous country, than the capital of it, than the former name of that city. This would continue on until a final clue that connects back to the first. This is the second one of these and mostly serves to be a unique and original subcategory of chain quizzes.
