Saxophone is definitely a woodwind instrument, not brass. I know it looks like brass but it is a relative of the clarinet, and a reed instrument.
I've never seen didgeridoos classified as woodwinds, but I have seen them classified as brass. The distinction is in how the sound is produced - in the case of brass by vibrating the lips - not in what they are made of.
(I wouldn't usually call organs and accordions woodwinds either, but terms are sometimes flexible with these things. Curious about your source.)
