This isn't fastest growing, but just population gain.

"Fastest growing" was the easiest way to title it. I added the percent growth since that would show "fast" growth. The actual fastest growing city in Florida would be Fruitland Park with a population increase of 250%.

St. Pete's been built out since the sixties. Crazy that there's that amount of infill/vertical development.

Good point! I feel like a lot of cities are experiencing growth by vertical development. San Francisco is a big example of this.

My city barely didnt make the list! Palm Bay had a population increase of about 19,000 between 2010 and 2020
