I would've thought Pakistan would have more in comparison to India/China. Maybe they're content with their nukes, or too poor.
I'm surprised DR & Cuba are so large. I'm guessing Cuba's concerned about the US/rebels. And DR must be worried about the failed state of Haiti.
And what's the point of Mexico having such a large military? I thought they barely had an AF. My guess is trying to stave off drug cartels from completely controlling the country? Seems like Canada isn't worried about anything. I guess Mexico had strained relations with Cuba & Venezuela; but I'd be surprised if any of those countries could have a significant naval battle with one another, let alone war.
I assume Argentina is a failure.
I think Morocco has issues with Algeria (or Spain)
