Most of these questions are wrong. In 2, Mercutio is not a Montague, merely a friend. He is actually related to the Prince: "My blood for your rude brawls doth lie a-bleeding" (Act 3 scene 1). In 3 she took the potion supplied by the Friar to fake her death to evade having to marry Paris - not because she was mad. In 5 Romeo does not know that Juliet is, as you put it "fake dead". He thinks that she's really dead, which he why he takes his own life. O level English language (in 1971) is a wonderful thing!
In Shakespeare's play, it is Benvolio who first has the idea to go to the party, in fact we do not even meet Mercutio till they are on their way to the party.
In the play, it is Romeo's servant, Balthasar, who tells Romeo that Juliet is "dead," not Benvolio.
