Nice quiz! Spelling: Detroit. If you add the acutes to answers like Bogotá (a nice touch), you may want to do the same for Montréal.

Dominican republic should be between Chile and Ecuador.

Definitely spent ~30 seconds wondering what country between Chile and Ecuador I had missed before realizing that I hadn't considered any of the islands yet...

In your US States with large cities quiz you list Cincinnati as one with 3M+ people, but don't include it in your total here. Obviously won't keep anyone from guessing "USA" as an answer, but thought you might like to add that.

Or others sites, I wonder where he got this from, at first I thought he perhaps got it mixed up with the entirety of cuba, but that is 11m, so a bit off from 7m, still, closer than the 2m+ of havana. (And the numbers have been relatively stable for quite a few years)

As someone from Canada this is inaccurate. Toronto should not be on this list, our population is 2.9 while Montreal has a population of 1 million or so. For Toronto, if you include the suburbs which you shouldn't, then its over 10 million.
