man, you mixed city proper populations with metropolitan area populations. Paris for example is much bigger than Kiev. And Athens is much bigger than many cities above her.

How about a description? Metro? Urban? City proper? I wasn't even sure if you meant population or area. Technically biggest means area, not population.

The criteria for the population are not coherent, the city of Brussels only has around 200k. You are including the figures of the Region of Brussels. Zagreb and Minsk are probably in a similar situation. On the other hand, Paris, Lisbon, Athens, Amsterdam have only the population as the city proper.

I think the metro population would turn the this quiz much more coherent. Lisbon has a metro pop. higher than Vienna for example, but it's not even in the list.
