Great quiz! Only missed Ethiopia. Regarding the earlier comment about color, I think luis was referring to the color of the box after the corresponding piece was used in an answer - the blue of the country shapes is fine (for me at least), but it would be nice if the difference between the unused and used boxes was more obvious - can that be changed?

Might I suggest to change the appearance of the already guessed answers. They hardly differ from the ones that still need to be guessed. Enough to (just) see the difference, but not enough when you want to exclude them from your vision when scanning. So a (much) darker grey or perhaps (cross)hatched. Or even on big cross. But if it were me, I would make them disappear (so completely white), so there is the least amount of distraction. At the end you can show them all again
