I was really surprised when Spain didn't work, but then I gooogled it:
"Five total countries border Spain (France, Andorra, Portugal, Gibraltar, and Morocco). France, Andorra, and Portugal officially border mainland Spain on the European continent. Gibraltar, a British territory, also borders Spain. In Africa, Spain possesses a small amount of territory, which borders Morocco"
And what about Latvia? If Russia counts as a European country for Norway, than it would also count for Latvia (which also borders Estonia and Lithuania.......so that's 3.
