I really enjoy the quiz and especially the fact that the answers change every time. I can't wait for the other continents - the quizzes will definitely help me to learn where exactly some of the African and most of the Oceania countries are.
I think he had the same thing as me, it seemed that it was indicated that something was missing there, but after the 2nd one of which i was sure it was there and spelled correctly, i realisation it wasnt a marker indicating something was missing there, but something was there...
I agree with this problem. The dots for the micro-states are a distraction, making it look like they're missing (in the same way as with the Countries of the World). I was typing the names and just getting annoyed, assuming their was a type-in issue.
It doesn't need dots unless the country needs to be added. Great quiz idea with just a minor glitch.
The dots don't make answers look like they're missing because if the dot's there, then it's not an answer. Orange is distinct enough from the blue background to tell.
First time I played I had Andorra, Vatican, San Marino, Lichtenstein and Monaco missing so I had no idea there would be dots for any of them. I was so stumped I ran out of time
You can, it's the same map that JetPunk uses and they're colored oranged for clarity. Plus, this quiz isn't about looking for what you can see, it's about finding what you can't ;)
They are colored orange when they are there, but the ones that are missing are the same color as the background whether it is other countries (pale yellow/cream) or the blue of the sea. It makes it difficult to figure out what is missing. I wish the microstates that are missing would show as dots of another color.
Love it! I'm finding it amusing not being able to spot missing countries at the extremities - for the life of me I couldn't spot that Greece was missing, and on a previous go, I only just noticed the whole of Iberia was absent :-)
I'm a bit torn on the microstates - the first time I tried this quiz, I had three of them and missed them all as it wasn't obvious; ever since I've tried, I just count if there are six dots and fill in any missing, which seems like cheating. Maybe you could add something to the notes along the lines of microstates are missing if their dots are absent?
No it's not cheating, it's just making use of their commonality. I think this ties in with countries being missing if their shapes are absent, which is the entirety of the quiz.
This is the first time I really will complain about the horrendously short amount of time given. Even just an extra 30 seconds would be fine - as it is, it is just punishing people for mistyping, which is more likely to happen when we rush due to ridiculous time constraints.
Easy quiz, well within time limit (i.e. shorten the quiz or label it as "easy"). Also, it appears monaco is in or bordering on Italy, it is a good 20+ km from Italy. Please adjust positioning of Monaco accordingly.
The continental quizzes are complete, they're all right here!

i was once left with one country, but I looked around and didn't see any countries missing. I gave up, and the country was Vatican...
what a bruh
Come to think of it, it's barely on the map.
Greetings
Still got it, maybe don't use tiny countries in this quiz as some people might not notice. A brilliant quiz as usual though!
Only problem is that five smallest country (Andora, Liechtenstein, Vatican, SM, and Malta) cannot be determined by their shape.
I get Montenegro and Luxembourg but I miss Finland!!!!!!!!!!??????
I just speedran this in 0:06 after i got a really lucky map.
Great achievement by me
