Five Countries with the Strongest Passports by Continent

Where there are multiple answers for the same number it would be really helpful to see all the countries that it relates to, otherwise you can be typing in countries that have already been accepted, as you can't see them.

For example, I typed in UK and I think it is part of the "157" group in Europe but I can't tell for sure :D
