"Guatemala" works for Guatemala City, but "Mexico" doesn't work for Mexico City. As always, accept Jetpunk type-ins.
Using city proper populations makes the quiz harder, so 3 minutes isn't enough. I can do 30 answers in 180 seconds if the answers are what you would expect, but when "Washington" isn't correct because it's city proper, and Mexico City isn't correct because "Mexico" isn't accepted as a type-in, all assumptions are out the window and you end up typing 60 answers to get the 29 that it's possible to get. (You'll assume that Mexico City is somehow wrong, so you won't get that one.)
