Aruba is an independent country that is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Macau, as you said, is not technically a country but is a special administrative region of china that has a separate governing and economic system from mainland China.
I included both since the website where I sourced my information from included them. However I will remove Macau, since it is part of China.
Sorry my mistake, Aruba is a constituent country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands since 1986, it has it's own government but it is still subjected to the Kingdom’s foreign affairs and defence.
Every website I see says that Aruba is its own country and because of that I will keep it on the quiz.
