Singapore is a country and a city. There are no other cities in the country, except for Singapore itself. As someone who has lived there for the past 20 years, this question makes no sense to me. There are a lot of water features and fountains, but not specifically waterfalls, and these features are not things that are especially considered being unique to Singapore.
