Defuse the Bomb

Oh no! A geography enthusiast has planted a bomb! I need your help to defuse it.

A map has been drawn inside the bomb. The wires cross over each other at 12 points on the map. Identify the countries located at those points and type them as answers.

When you identify a country, I will write down the first letter of its name. Once you have identified all 12 countries, you must unscramble those letters to find 3 code words. Once you have typed all 3 code words as answers, the bomb will be defused.
