1. There should be only one capital per country. South Africa should technically be Pretoria, so you can remove Bloemfontein and Cape Town.
2. Same for Bolivia - it's La Paz, not Sucre.
3. The capital of Benin is Porto-Novo, not Cotonou
4. My answer "Federated States of Micronesia" was rejected because there was no "the" in front.
5. The answer "Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte" should be accepted alongside "Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte" (the dene and dena are both valid)
6. Maybe "Bosnia and Herzegovina" could accept the simple answer "Bosnia"
7. Maybe "Republic of the Congo" could accept the simpler "Congo"
8. "Dhaka" could also accept "Dacca"
I made a few of those changes.
The few countries with multiple capital cities I kept, though. Since those countries have different branches of government (executive, judicial, legislative) in different cities.
