This quiz is entirely correct, so this isn't a complaint. It's worth noting though that Canada counts Indigenous reserves separately, which means that, regardless of the density of population, they can't count on lists such as this. If they did, there would be as many as fourteen "municipalities" in Manitoba with large enough populations to make this list.
