I don't think monarchs properly have "I" after their name until there is a second by that name. Thus, Victoria is just Victoria because there hasn't been another one. Also, want happened to Mary of William and Mary?

yea, there is no need to put an "I" beside the names of the monarchs that were the only monarchs of their name.
