Cities in the Golden Horseshoe (Ontario) on a Map

The Golden Horshoe is the most densley populated region of Canada, surrounding Lake Ontario in the shape of a horseshoe. With the help of a map, name every city in the region with a population of at least 50,000.
The region can be extended into the Greater Golden Horseshoe, encompassing cities such as Guelph, but for this quiz the most restictive definition is used
Population is for the city proper
Some of these are rural municipalities

Ottawa is pretty far away from anything on this map. It's not considered part of the Greater Golden Horseshoe either.

It's not really a horseshoe without the Niagara region. There's actually a separate term for that, the GTHA.
