Republika Srpska became part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so Bosnia is accepted for that.

I think it might be too soon to tell, but I wonder if some current countries would also qualify for this? Like Turkey is at 83% and Argentina is also around 80%.

I considered adding Turkey (as the table I referred to didn't go that recent). Wikipedia does have Turkey listed on its hyperinflation page.
