Which one, out of curiosity?

Nevermind, obviously Melbourne.

Actually, Melbourne was there in the last update because it had been topped out. The latest addition was Kuala Lumpur, with the new (to be finished next year) building Merdeka 118, which has been topped out. KL's Petronas Towers only have 83 above-ground floors, which means the city didn't make the list before.
