Ethiopia? (Romeo) "What lady's that which doth enrich the hand of yonder knight? O she doth teach the torches to burn bright. It seems she hangs upon the cheek of night like a rich jewel in an Ethiop's ear." That's from memory from 'O' levels in 1971.

It should be specified that you are looking for modern day countries. Otherwise, there would be many more.
